^{* The client is to provide metered energy readings of all fuels used onsite since last DEC energy assessment period.}

^{* The client is to provide a ‘declaration that nothing has changed’ and that the provided data ‘is sufficient to enable subsequent DECs to be produced following the initial assessment.’ This can be submitted via email or in a formal letter.}

^{* The client is to provide one of the following: Copy of the previous year’s DEC certificate or Report Reference Number (RRN).}

^{If you have installed meters for Regional server rooms, Trading floors, Bakery oven, Sports flood lighting, Furnaces, heat treatment or forming processes and Blast chilling or freezing since your last DEC assessment, a site visit will need be undertaken.
